For more than 15 years I was a maxed out marketer leading campaigns at startups and Fortune 500s. I kept doing more, working longer and harder, always striving for results and success. I was burned out, and I repeated that pattern over and over again. Until I discovered what was underneath that burnout. The limiting beliefs, the harsh inner critic, and the dreams I cut the corners off of.
I learned to not only recover from burnout, but how to keep from repeating it over and over again.
